Today, the Bloomin' Onion I was in town. James and I went up in the blimp for 45 minutes. It took off from Paine Field in Everett. The route was west over my parents house, over the sound, cruised over Clinton, buzzed Hat Island, straight over Boeing, and back down to Earth. It was simply incredible! What a cool perspective on our beautiful planet. Bubby couldn't come with us since he is too young. Our friends, Amy, Ann and Matthew, were able to hang out with him while we were joyriding in the air. But he did get a Bloomin' Onion I hat out of it!

Butterfly
Butterfly came to town last Sunday! It was so great to meet her. What a sweet, smart girl!
Daddy, Butterfly, Bubby and I ran around town until we dropped. We met Daddy's dad, for a shopping spree and lunch, visited the Fremont Troll, rode the duck, searched for cool rocks at Golden Gardens, watched the boats at the Locks, played at the Science Center and ran around the fountain at the Seattle Center.
Butterfly was a big help with her little brother. She pushed the stroller, carried him around (which is no small feat), and made him laugh. I think Bubby really enjoyed being with his sister.
Now we just need to get her back here more often. Or we will just have to go out to the east coast to see her!
